    The Azores SRL is registered with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) as a small ESG rating provider under the temporary regime in Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/3005 – governing the transparency, integrity, and independence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating activities, effective 8 September 2026.     About the Romania CST Index

    The Romania Corporate Sustainability & Transparency Index assesses the sustainability performance and transparency of companies operating in Romania. It covers sustainability management, diversity, and economic, environmental and social impact.

    The 2026 edition

    Invitations to take part in the 11th edition are now open. This edition will assess information reported for financial year 2025. Companies that wish to take part can contact us by December 21st 2026 at Office@TheAzores.ro.

    Previous edition

    The 2025 edition assessed companies on 99 indicators and 243 data points across 11 categories. It was completed before our ESMA registration, and its methodology does not represent the 2026 methodology.
